1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting us through email or WhatsApp.

• Orders once shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product

• The product was damaged or leaking at the time of delivery (unboxing video is mandatory)

• The product is missing from your package

Refunds will be initiated only after verification, and the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

3. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
